It has been decided that the tuition fees for the practical training and exams of the children of martyrs and veterans studying at the Pilot Academy Training Institutions affiliated with the General Directorate of Civil Aviation will be completely abolished as of February 5, 2026.
In this context, our Chairman of the Board, Mr. Kutbettin Ömeroğlu, and our Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr. İsmet Erdoğan, visited the General Director of Civil Aviation, Mr. Prof. Dr. Kemal Yüksek, in his office.
As a result of the discussions held, it has been decided that the children of martyrs and veterans studying at the Pilot Academy Training Institutions affiliated with the General Directorate of Civil Aviation will be exempt from the tuition fees for practical flight training and exams.
Additionally, children of martyrs and veterans will be able to benefit from the training programs and exams organized by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation that meet the eligibility requirements free of charge. Thus, it is aimed to provide stronger support for the educational processes of the children of martyrs and veterans who aim for a career in aviation.
We hope that this meaningful decision will be beneficial for the families of martyrs and veterans, and we thank the General Director of Civil Aviation, Mr. Prof. Dr. Kemal Yüksek, for his contributions to this process.
We believe that this practice, which will contribute to the educational lives of our children of martyrs and veterans, will strengthen equality of opportunity and provide significant contributions to the training of future pilots and aviation professionals.
