Why is the Education Support Program Being Implemented?
Supporting the education of our children, who are entrusted to us by our martyrs and veterans, and nurturing the strong individuals of the future is among our primary duties. With this understanding, our foundation is implementing a comprehensive Education Support Program to ensure that the children of martyrs and veterans who receive education achieve equality of opportunity in their educational and learning lives by providing positive discrimination.
Purpose of the Education Support
- Support for Success in Education: Providing educational scholarships and awards to the children of martyr families and veterans to contribute to their excitement and academic success.
- Support for Professional Development in Education: Facilitating the preparation of adult children of martyr families and veterans for working life by contributing to their vocational training.
- Support for Positive Discrimination in Education: Covering educational expenses through positive discrimination to ensure that the children of martyr families and veterans can receive quality education.
- Support for Family Budget in Education: Contributing to the education expenses of the families of martyrs and veterans to reduce their economic burden.

Services Offered Within the Scope of Support
1-Education Scholarship Support:
- Regular scholarships for primary, secondary, high school, and university students.
- Providing special achievement scholarships to talented students who meet certain academic criteria.
2-Dormitory and Accommodation Support:
- Providing accommodation support for university students studying outside the city for a long time.
3-Education Material Support:
- Covering basic needs such as textbooks, stationery supplies, tablets, and computers.
4-Vocational Training and Internship Support:
- Organizing courses and certification programs to contribute to students’ career planning.
- Providing internship opportunities for students who apply through our foundation and private sector partnerships.
5-Guidance and Counseling Support:
- Providing guidance services to university students regarding career planning.
- Providing psychological support to students in overcoming difficulties during their education process.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR EDUCATION SUPPORT?
- First-degree family members of our martyrs (Spouse, Child)
- Our veterans and their first-degree family members (Spouse, Child)
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR EDUCATION SUPPORT
- Application form. (can be obtained from the foundation’s website)
- Document proving that the applicant is an active student.
- Document proving that the applicant is a relative of a martyr or veteran.
- Current official documents indicating the applicant’s financial situation
CRITERIA AND EVALUATION FOR EDUCATION SUPPORT
1-Application Criteria:
- Must have documents indicating the need.
- Must have a student document proving that they are an active student.
- Must have a document proving that they are a relative of a martyr or veteran.
2-Application Evaluation:
- Applications are evaluated at the end of each month at the Martyr Veteran and Terrorism Struggle Foundation General Center.
- Applications are thoroughly examined by the Board of Trustees and results are communicated to the relevant parties based on the priority of need.
